We build these based on exactly how thick your glass is. By using high-wattage short-wave lamps, we can get your temperatures up fast. No more standing around waiting for slow conduction. More Than Just a Lamp in a Box
When we talk about a “turnkey module,” we aren’t just talking about a frame. We include the reflectors, the wiring looms, and the mounting brackets. We use gold or aluminum coatings to bounce that infrared energy right back toward the glass. It stops energy from leaking away and, more importantly, it keeps the lamps from overheating and burning out early. Even the connectors are industrial-grade. The Reality of Setting It Up
These are basically drop-in replacements. You wire them into your control cabinet, tweak your PID settings, and you’re done. It saves your team hundreds of hours of assembly. But here is the catch: high-density IR modules put out a lot of ambient heat. If you try to cram your heating zone too tightly to save a few feet of floor space, your electronics might cook. You’ll need a more aggressive cooling system to keep your boards from frying. To make sure you don’t run into that, we’ll send over thermal maps first. That way, you know your layout actually works before the equipment even leaves our dock.
