The Inside Story
Here’s the thing about these heaters: they’re tough, but they’re smart. At the heart is a high-output halogen lamp, packing 2500W and built to run on 400V industrial power. That voltage lets you use a standard three-phase supply, which keeps the current manageable and cuts down on voltage drop, even over longer runs. The lamp itself is about 300mm long. Compact enough to fit into tight spots, and focused enough to deliver heat right where you need it. And that fan you hear? It’s not for heating the air. It cools the lamp and the internal electronics, keeping the halogen capsule from overheating. So the whole unit lasts longer.
Built to Last
We chose a halogen-filled quartz tube for the core. It handles rapid heating and cooling, and it can take the high temps without flinching. The halogen gas keeps the filament stable, so output stays consistent and you don’t get premature burn-outs. The reflector is coated to push the heat forward, so there’s less stray warmth that could stress nearby materials. The R7s base gives you a solid, two-pin connection that can handle the heat at the socket. And the Sk15 terminal block makes wiring simple when you’re on-site. Everything here is about reliability, day after day, and quick replacements when it’s time for service.

In conservation spaces, the goal is simple: warm the people and the surfaces they’re near, without stirring up dust or contaminants.
